The game does't seem to utilise any of the hardware well, it never uses more than 40 percent CPU or GPU, and never more than 8 GB RAM. I tried all the launch options from forums, obviously disabled the fps limit in game, but nothing seems to work. To implement the best Rust settings you should focus especially on the video card.
